Meredith Martin
Chief Program Officer Meredith Martin joined Thompson in November 2024. She oversees all our Residential Services.
Meredith brings 10 years of leadership experience in human services, including child welfare, mental health, and domestic violence organizations in North Carolina. With a background as an LCSW, she has led program and operational teams, launched new service lines, and implemented trauma-informed care models.
