Clinical Manager: Saint Peter's Lane Campus, Matthews, NC

The Clinical Manager works as a part of our Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) lower campus Treatment Services program, and ensures that the program philosophy is carried out in the daily operations of the residential trauma and attachment program. This includes: development and provision of staff training; development; programming; environments and vision for the attachment program. Candidate will provide individual, family and group therapy in a residential setting working with clients with attachment issues/disturbances and trauma symptomology. Candidate must possess a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related field and full licensure as an Independent Practitioner within 60 days of employment is required. This residential floater provides direct care to children ages 6-13 in a residential treatment program. In this entry level position the residential floater is responsible for providing a safe therapeutic home setting in a positive consistent and structured environment. This includes mental health support and documentation based on service goals and plans for each consumer. HSD or GED, or Associate’s Human Services Degree with a minimum of 2 years of population specific experience required. The Teacher will create an effective, stimulating learning environment, encouraging each consumer to recognize his/her unique abilities and to develop a positive relationship with learning. The Teacher will team with the Educational Support Specialist to promote self-esteem, provide mental health interventions & crisis prevention and intervention, based on THOMPSON’s relationship-based philosophy of care. Thompson Child & Family Focus is looking for a contract therapist to provide mental health services in an outpatient and school setting. Contract therapists are expected to provide diagnostic assessments, case management, and individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based theories. Qualified candidates must be willing to collaborate with referring agencies, coordinate services from intake through termination, and travel to provide services at different locations within the Gaffney area. Contractor must have a Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling and full licensure as an Independent Practitioner in the State of South Carolina is required. Applicants with provisional licensure will not be considered. One year post graduate experience in a clinical setting with child, adolescents, and adult population. Contractor must be empanelled with several different commercial insurance carriers. Certification or training in an evidence-based treatment model is a plus. Must have a valid SC Driver’s License with clean driving record, and meet credentialing and privileging standards. The maintenance department is looking for someone to maintain the daily cleaning of the three NC TCFF facilities, as a member of a three person team. The duties of this role are: sweeping, vacuuming, trash removal, moping and other cleaning tasks as given or required. Candidate must be able to stand, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, balance, walk, and carry.
